One common mistake with travelers from abroad that come to the USA for the 1st time is understanding beds. USA has beds called Queen, and King. This means that 2 people share a large bed, or 4 people can stay in a room with "2 queen beds" and in Europe it would be 4 small individual beds. Please see the diagram below.
